This a social initiative and the data is available for free to everyone. The idea here is to help Bangaloreans report huge piles of Garbage in their neighborhoods in a easier and smart way and help government* to visualize the data on a map and take action accordingly. 
Lets hope Bangalore will again become a Gardencity :)
